Prof. Moyse at the WIPO Advanced Intellectual Property Research Forum
On May 24, Prof. Moyse spoke at the WIPO Advanced Intellectual Property Research Forum in Geneva and presented the research and findings of the CIPP/Stikeman Chair in Tax Law research project: Regulating Creative Industries (co-investigators: Moyse/Christians). His presentation triggered lively debate about the role of IP and the impact of non-compete clauses on innovation. Read more
